Today is our last night in Minnesota, and tomorrow we begin the journey home. Right now, we're pretty tired, but I'm sure we'll revive once we're on the road again. Thanks to all our family and friends here in the Twin Cities. We love you, and have thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with you. We have so many tales yet to tell - hopefully we'll have some time in the days ahead to post-date some more blog entries! The photos have been sorted, so it's just a question of writing about our adventures. Luckily, alas, the Olympics are over, so we'll be relieved of TV temptations!
Coming up in the next few days are Oacoma and then Custer SD, Rawlings WY, Wendover UT, and then 5 nights in Reno NV, attending the NARFE convention (National Active and Retired Federal Employees). Who knows what we'll discover along the way? We've been told to check out the Corn Palace in Mitchell, and the drugstore in Wall, as we pass through South Dakota. I'm afraid we won't have time for the Badlands, as we head for Mt. Rushmore, and Crazy Horse National Monument. But - that's enough previews of coming attractions..!
